Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You will pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit, which will be 1.5 times the rent amount. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You need to be 21 years or older to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the deposit is refundable if there are no significant damages to the unit. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply via an online application or by calling us. -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay online with a debit or credit card, through ACH, by mailing a check, or by using Zelle or Venmo. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Please reach out to our office to see if your unit allows pets. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
We will make a new lease agreement if the other roommate qualifies to pay rent without the additional roommate. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Contact us. We will do a walkthrough of your unit to see if there is any damage. Once you move out, we will refund your security deposit if there is no damage. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Repairs under $50 will be the responsibility of the tenant. Repairs over $50 will be the responsibility of the owner or landlord.
